When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and details about the property or location you're evaluating. We do not collect payment card data directly, that is handled by our payment processor.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule consultations, prepare research and reports, communicate with you about your engagement, and, with your consent, send occasional updates about our services. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Data sharing
We may share limited information with vetted third-party partners (e.g. title, zoning or public-records data providers) strictly to complete the research you've engaged us for. These partners are bound to use your data only for that purpose.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@divineheritagerealty.com.
Refund Policy
All fees paid to Divine Heritage Realty are final. By booking a consultation or engaging our advisory services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, once a paid engagement has been booked.
No refunds
This applies regardless of the outcome of our research, your decision to proceed with or abandon a property, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with our findings. Discovery calls remain complimentary and carry no charge.
No chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a completed booking is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with the documentation of services rendered and to pursue the full amount owed.
